The relationship between a personal trainer and client is such an intimate one. My clients come to me with specific goals, in their most vulnerable states, putting all their trust and confidence in me. I dedicate my time to them, 60 mins dedicated to one specific client. We will talk about their day, how they're feeling, what their energy is like, any stressors, play the music they want to listen to, all that while they are warming up and mobilizing. I am there for my clients to answer all questions they have, not just about fitness but lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, daily habits, etc. At the end of each session, my clients leave feeling stronger, not only physically, but also mentally.
