My drive for being a personal trainer comes from the passion that has grown within me since the first time i set foot in a gym 8 years ago. I have allowed myself to understand the perks of having a healthier lifestyle, i have completed certifications to better understand how to safely help you achieve functional movements and i have discovered this strong desire to want to share all this information with you. Training with me is more than external, i want to help you discover the physical abilities you have through planned weight training sessions that will challenge mainly your cardiovascular and muscular systems. In addition, we will work on breath, coorditation, mobility and balance to direct you towards the best version of yourself.
