Coming from a non athletic background, I never thought of myself as an athlete. After years of feeling unhappy with my body I finally took the decision to join a gym and hire a coach, unaware that this would completely change the course of my life. Exercise quickly became my therapy, the gym became my refuge and it really was the catalyst for my own personal growth where the physical strength I was gaining in the gym translated to the strength and confidence I was gaining overall as an individual. Through this process of pushing my body and mind to new limits, I then began to gain awareness of the food I was fueling myself with and how it affected not only my performance in the gym but also the energy I had overall as well as my mental and emotional wellbeing.Now, after more than 7 years of consistent training, hours spent reading books and gaining knowledge about nutrition and health, it is clearer than ever that my ultimate passion and mission is to help others on their journeys to deep health and to discover a new, empowered version of themselves through developing a strong mind-body connection. I am here to push you past your limits and help you achieve goals you never imagined you could.
