I have been training with fitness coach Komal and it has not only increased my confidence and physical strength but I’ve built a great foundation of knowledge thanks to my amazing trainer! Komal understands my needs and fitness goal and she’s always pushing me towards my next goal. She gives lots of helpful advice and is very passionate in what she does. I am getting stronger every day ! I love the concept of an all women’s gym. The Fitlab is super clean and welcoming.. you definitely need to give it a go if you’re looking for that extra push!
